For orders to be shipped within Switzerland ReluxurySpace relies on the Swiss Post.
The items in our warehouse will be shipped to the buyer within 1-4 working days from the order confirmation. Orders are shipped as Priority or Economy based on your choice, tracked, and to be signed for upon delivery. Free Economy shipping for orders over 1000 CHF.
You will receive an email of confirmation form ReluxurySpace as soon as your order is shipped.
For orders to be sipped outside of Switzerland ReluxurySpace relies on Swiss Post. Orders are shipped as Priority or Econimy based on your choice, tracked, and to be signed for upon delivery. The Shipping Costs vary in accordance to the destination country and to its volumetric weight. For the correct Shipping Costs you should contact our Team by Email. You will receive an emal of confirmation from ReluxurySpace as soon as your order is shipped.
Failure to deliver, failure to collect by the buyer.

Return
ReluxurySpace reserves the right not to grant the return option, as the items sold are unique and can not be change with different sizes, models or colors.
In the event that an item received by the Buyer should not be in compliance with the item information page, or should violate the present General Terms and Conditions, the Buyer has the right to report the noncompliance to ReluxurySpace to abtain a reimbursement of the price.
The report on the noncompliance of the item with the description on the Item information page or the violation of the present General terms and Conditions entails the obligation of the Buyer to return the item, in accordance with the procedure in article 8.3.1.“ Complains and Right of Withdrawal”
The shipping costs for return are on Buyer’s charge, the shipment of the package must be tracked and require a signature upon delivery, and the tracking number must be communicated to ReluxurySpace on the form.
